Edinburgh Christadelphian Church

Wheel Chair Users
Our building dates from 1790, but we have a portable ramp to assist with the steps into the building. Once inside, everything is on the level, and there is a disabled toilet.
Coming by Bus or Tram
Because of the roadworks in connection with the tram line extension to Newhaven, buses are severely diverted from their usual routes. Rather than try to keep our information current about coming by bus (which is still recommended!), visit Lothian Buses website: https://www.lothianbuses.com/

For the up to date position about trams (which are not going to come past our church until the new extension to the line is finished) see
https://edinburghtrams.com/
Coming by Train
Edinburgh Waverley Station is just up the road. Using the Calton Road exit from the station turn left under the bridge. When you reach Leith Street, turn right down the hill, past Starbucks and the Omni Centre. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing at the Playhouse Theatre, and continue down the road. The church is on your left, just after the bus stop.
Coming by Car
Gayfield Place is in a controlled parking zone, but all day Sunday and all evenings from 6.30pm parking is available without charge. There is no parking even for blue badge holders on Gayfield Place; try Gayfield Square or one of the side streets. Note that the streets nearer the city centre are in a different zone, and have chargeable parking from 12.30pm on a Sunday.

The road layout is subject to change because of the tram works.

Coming by Bike
There are plenty of railings outside - but why not bring your bike inside, for extra security and convenience?
